Pros

Their annotations are of high quality, requiring minimal quality control on our end. They're willing to collaborate closely with clients to understand their annotation requirements. Once the project scope is aligned, they work independently and require very little feedback to deliver the annotations.

Cons

I'd recommend some updates to their UI software to make annotation reviews easier. They're a bit pricier than we're used to, but the quality control they offer makes it worth it.
