We engaged Keymakr for annotating our image data. They first conducted a pilot study, allowing us to evaluate their methodology and the quality of their annotations on a smaller data set before we committed to the full project.

In the web interface, the bounding boxes for annotations can't be completely hidden, which makes the images behind them less visible and evaluating the annotations sometimes tricky. Also, the web interface can be a bit sluggish at times. Nevertheless, these are minor concerns.
