My experience with Keymakr has been highly positive, they're professional, helpful, and excel at what they do. We've utilized their services for both image generation and annotation, and they've performed exceptionally well in both areas. Their annotators were proactive in asking insightful questions about our guidelines, provided daily updates to ensure their work met our expectations, and completed everything quickly and within budget.

Pros

We engaged Keymakr for annotating our image data. They first conducted a pilot study, allowing us to evaluate their methodology and the quality of their annotations on a smaller data set before we committed to the full project.

Cons

In the web interface, the bounding boxes for annotations can't be completely hidden, which makes the images behind them less visible and evaluating the annotations sometimes tricky. Also, the web interface can be a bit sluggish at times. Nevertheless, these are minor concerns.
