The Kore widget is easily integrates with Zendesk and other major ticketing softwares. It offers basic analytics and performance dashboards, and I found the bot flow training to be simple to handle. Plus, the success and support teams have been very helpful.

Cons

Configuring integrations can be quite complex, and it can noticeably affect the customer experience, especially when chats between Kore and Zendesk disconnect. I believe the Kore team could improve their expertise with ticketing software integrations to make things smoother.

Kore.ai Bots software has been great for me

Pros

Dialog tasks are simple to implement, with input types clearly documented and implemented. Exploring the options is very easy, and features like masking, small talk, and basic training are handled automatically by the builder. Adding channels, agent transfer, and exposing APIs is also very smooth. Overall, my experience with this software has been excellent.

Cons

The only thing that I think needs improvement is the sidebar in the bot software. It's difficult to control the options when hovering over them with the mouse because it tends to jump around too much.

Great and easy software to build chatbots

Pros

As a chatbot developer, my experience with the Kore.ai software has been really positive. It provides all the tools needed to build a chatbot from scratch, even starting from the prototype stage. Bot flow creation is easy, and there are many advanced AI features to explore.

Cons

I think the collaboration features could be further improved. And for the cloud version, I couldn't find an option to lock into a specific version, which is a bit of an issue since it updates frequently.
