Pros
What I like best about it is that we can compliment our coworkers and show appreciation for one another.
Cons
The website is a bit slow and could be easier to get around.�Also I wish it would send a message or alert when a Kudos is sent. Other than that, there's not much I dislike.

I like the different point values and all the different qualities you can attribute to someone. It's honestly exciting to recognize a colleague and i like it encourages everyone to go that extra mile and helps us meet our bigger global objectives.
Cons
If I had to pick one thing I dislike, it's that the points are not unlimited.�I wish we had more to give!

“Survey and feedback features are a game changer”
Pros
With this tool I think we have the best survey and feedback features hands down. I also like it because it's so easy to use and adapts to what we need. It works a lot like any other social media site, so the whole team was really happy with it. It just suited our needs perfectly.
Cons
Before Kudos we were just managing with plain old emails. No system at all.�Since we started using this platform our performance has improved by 100%. It was simply the best decision we made. I have nothing negative to say.

appreciate that I can recognize people all across the company and actually reap some benefits from that recognition myself.
Cons
I wish there were more character traits to choose from when recognizing someone.�I feel like I am picking from a limited list and it would be great if I could just type in my own.
