Great for recognition and motivation

Pros

I love this idea for sharing wins and achievements with everyone at the company. It's always nice to read when people are showing appreciation for each other and I think the point system is pretty fair too.

Cons

It took me a minute to figure out�how�to actually redeem my points.�The option was kind of hidden. But honestly once I found it the process was super smooth and easy.

interactive and easy to use

Pros

It has been a fantastic addition to our workplace ! It's such a great platform for recognizing my teammates and all the effort they put in. The interface is super interactive and easy to figure out so giving and getting recognition feels smooth.

Cons

Okay so I really like Kudos but I have one tiny problem..the notifications !! There are so many of them that I sometimes miss the really important stuff. It can get a bit overwhelming.

Fuel for motivation but limited points

Pros

Kudos is like the golden ticket of recognition. When I get to acknowledge someone for helping me out it feels like more than just a reward it's like fuel for their motivation. It really ignites a fire that pushes all of us forward. I use this portal all the time and it's just so easy to use.

Cons

I love that we have it but man 100 points a month just is not enough!�I usually blow through mine in the first two weeks and then I feel bad because I can't recognize people for the rest of the month. It feels a little limiting.
