I love this idea for sharing wins and achievements with everyone at the company. It's always nice to read when people are showing appreciation for each other and I think the point system is pretty fair too.

Okay so I really like Kudos but I have one tiny problem..the notifications !! There are so many of them that I sometimes miss the really important stuff. It can get a bit overwhelming.

I love that we have it but man 100 points a month just is not enough!�I usually blow through mine in the first two weeks and then I feel bad because I can't recognize people for the rest of the month. It feels a little limiting.

It's a effective way to just say thank you and give positive feedback when someone does something right. We live in a world where we are quick to point out the negative stuff for correction and we tend to forget that endorsing the positives matters even more. That's really where Kudos shines!

It would be so helpful if the actual text of the Kudos showed up in the email notification.�Right now I have to click through to the platform to read it which is just an extra step.
