Midjourney consistently delivers stunning yet high quality images that often go above and beyond in terms of detail. Plus its creative interpretation of prompts makes it a great tool for concept art, mood boards and experimental designs. And I noticed the results always have a polished, professional look which makes it perfect for creating visuals that inspire or enhance creative work.

Cons

The biggest issue is that it does not integrate well with other design tools which can slow down workflows. Like I have to take extra steps to export and import images into programs like Photoshop for additional edits which can disrupt my creative flow. Also controlling the prompts is somewhat limited so getting specific details or iterations often requires a lot of trial and error.

I have used Midjourney to generate over 3,000 images with varied prompts for different proposals. To my surprise most of the images turned out beautiful and impressive though they at times lacked finer details.

It struggles with some specific objects and human parts. Also there are issues with text, certain details and consistency, especially when I am trying to create a sequence of images or similar illustrations as it is tough to manage.

Honestly it lets your creativity run wild. If you can describe it in words, it can turn it into an image. Even those of us with little artistic skill can now create amazing yet unique graphics. Plus it has made huge improvements in ease of use and the quality of images since it launched. With just a simple text prompt, you can bring your ideas to life and create the perfect cover for a book or a header image for a blog post. So do not be intimidated by some of the more complex prompts as great graphics can be made with simple instructions. Overall it is an amazing tool and I cannot wait to see how it evolves.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve but with so many free resources available, a quick Google search gets me what I need. And the biggest issue is that all images are output at 72dpi which is fine for web use but does not work for print-ready 300dpi images. Also it would be great to see higher resolution options for paid accounts.

It generates images based on our needs using AI and all we need is the plugin or bot. Means no separate app required which is simply the best.

Cons

The images it generates are in 3D while 2D images are not as useful. So I feel like there is definitely room for improvement there.

Not only is it easy to use but even has the best community on Twitter. Also there are plenty of YouTube tutorials available to help us learn how to use it. So I highly recommended it over Dalle.

Well to me the pricing is a bit on the expensive side but it is totally worth it. So if you are concerned about the cost, you could opt for ChatGPT-4 which includes Dalle and is pretty decent.

While the Discord integration is good I think some users might prefer other platforms.

The support team is responsive and with simple prompts, you can generate high quality images and variations. Plus the filters, dimensions and diffusion models are easily accessible without having to dig too much.

Cons

There are not many introductory or help videos readily available for quick reference. So I always have to check Discord. Plus the pricing is a bit too high and they have removed the free version. Also some portrait images of living beings can go wrong, creating extra hands or faces which require a separate prompt to fix.
