Pros
It is pretty fast and makes it easy for me to generate images. Plus the ability to use reference photos along with the variety of options really helps me save time.
Cons
Well if you are not using a reference image or source then let me tell you that the results can be way off from what you expected.

Pros
Midjourney consistently delivers stunning yet high quality images that often go above and beyond in terms of detail. Plus its creative interpretation of prompts makes it a great tool for concept art, mood boards and experimental designs. And I noticed the results always have a polished, professional look which makes it perfect for creating visuals that inspire or enhance creative work.
Cons
The biggest issue is that it does not integrate well with other design tools which can slow down workflows. Like I have to take extra steps to export and import images into programs like Photoshop for additional edits which can disrupt my creative flow. Also controlling the prompts is somewhat limited so getting specific details or iterations often requires a lot of trial and error.

I have used Midjourney to generate over 3,000 images with varied prompts for different proposals. To my surprise most of the images turned out beautiful and impressive though they at times lacked finer details.
Cons
