“smart scheduling!”
Pros
One thing that worked really well was how smartly it filled my open time slots with bookings and being able to include travel time between meetings was genuinely helpful too.
Cons
What bothered me was the way the AI was promoted at first and then later turned into a token-based feature once the team had already gotten used to using it. there was no option to keep us on the original plan.

“misleading trial”
Pros
It feels pretty underwhelming to me and doesn't offer much real value.
Cons
Using the platform is more frustrating than helpful because it's overly complicated and a lot of the features create confusion instead of actually adding anything useful. The AI agents often come up with irrelevant email responses or pointless projects that don't make sense. the pricing is far too expensive for what the software actually delivers. The biggest issue is that they promote a free trial yet charge the full subscription almost right away which feels deceptive and unfair. In the end, the product doesn't live up to what it promises and simply isn't worth paying for.

“Very time saving”
Pros
This tool automatically picks open spots on my calendar and slots tasks in with priorities already taken into account which is a huge help. I also appreciate how simple it is to move things around when plans change. It saves me from having to sit there and figure out where each task should fit in between appointments on my calendar.
Cons
Juggling multiple family calendars is where it gets a bit harder for me. Ive mostly worked out a system that works but it could still be simpler to find time for things across all the different calendars inside it. On Google Calendar, I keep separate calendars for each of my children, my husband and myself, plus a shared family calendar for events involving everyone. Then in Motion, Im also dealing with time blocks for work, anytime, school and homeschooling. With all of that layered together, setting everything up can sometimes feel a little confusing.

“calendar syncing works great”
Pros
Connecting it to my calendars has been really helpful for getting better use out of my time. I can also block out dedicated periods for different kinds of work which makes it much easier to stay organized and protect time for specific tasks.
Cons
The user experience feels dated and figuring out how to set up projects, tasks and similar items can be confusing. Making changes after they're created is also harder than it should be so it doesn't feel very adaptive.

“Conveninent to use”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been simple to set up and simple to use so adding tasks to my calendar takes almost no effort. Connecting it to my work calendar was just as painless. The biggest benefit for me is how unfinished tasks never disappear or get buried. If I don't complete something, it automatically rearranges my calendar so the work still gets scheduled and nothing is forgotten. It also alerts me when a deadline has been missed which helps me immediately bump that task to the top of my list and get it done. The way it handles prioritization and rescheduling has honestly been transformational for me. It's been brilliant at making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons
At this stage, I really don't have much to complain about. Most of the way I use it right now is focused on task management and I haven't really explored the project management side yet. We did test the meeting notetaker but we already use other built-in note-taking tools that work well for us. It's not that its version is lacking, just that the options we already have fit that particular need better.

“productive task planning!!”
Pros
It keeps me productive and makes it simple to organize all my tasks throughout the day, even when Im working remotely.
Cons
One thing missing is alarms or notifications on Apple devices so I have to rely on the reminders from my phone's calendar instead.

“fantastic auto-scheduling”
Pros
This software is now my go-to for time blocking, tracking events and managing projects. It keeps me focused and helps make sure work is getting finished efficiently. The auto-scheduling feature is especially useful because I can simply create tasks, assign them to the right project or event and the system automatically places everything into the proper workspace before the deadline. Getting everything set up at the beginning was simple too.
Cons
It should have the ability to do bulk actions, like updating several tasks at the same time.

“Good but it could be better”
Pros
Having all my calendars together in one place is a huge help when Im juggling a packed schedule. Being able to reprioritize tasks is another feature I really appreciate because it keeps me focused on what matters most. The setup process was also fairly simple and since Im a visual learner, the videos and tutorials made getting started much more helpful.
Cons
Notifications don't work well cause Im not getting alerts for tasks or meetings. Ive had to work around that by relying on Google because at least Google sends reminders. Built-in notifications would be a really welcome addition.

“daily planner that keeps me on track”
Pros
Keeping up with university work feels much more manageable with it. I set up projects for each week and add all the tasks I need to finish and it automatically prioritizes them around when my classes happen. It is also really helpful for tracking progress on assignments since I can break bigger pieces of work into smaller stages. I use it every day so I always know exactly what needs to be done. The Outlook calendar integration is another big plus because it pulls in my scheduled events and helps me avoid double-booking.
Cons
The only downside is that the initial setup can take quite a bit of time. For a full 12-week semester, getting everything organized usually takes me about half a day.

“all-in-one planning”
Pros
Everything gathered in one place is what makes it so useful for me and I can switch between different views depending on how my brain is working that day. Getting started didn't take much effort and the short tutorial videos were really helpful. It's been a big help for staying organized with both work and school especially while I was completing my master's degree. I could lay out my classes, deadlines and everything else I needed to keep track of. I end up recommending it to people all the time.
Cons
I don't really have anything I dislike about it.
