Nanonets software is pretty simple and delivers excellent results. The UI is also self explanatory, so I did not have to spend a lot of time learning to get good results.

I failed to manage to figure out how to build and train a custom model for my use case but that was more due to my time constraints. I was really impressed with the default model though.

I used it to extract data from a large batch of scanned documents and the interface guided me through each step to get the information I needed and save it for later use.

Well I would love to see a more user friendly introduction to the software that covers all its features.

What I love most about the it is how easily it extracts the right data from complex financial reports which saves me hours of manual work.

In the beginning it was a bit tricky to customize the table extraction at the right spots. However after a few attempts I got the hang of it. Keep in mind that the extractions I wanted to customize were complex as they were from the French administration.

Nanonets has an amazing OCR system. We usually look for data in geographic reports and using the information from those reports is a big part of the job. We were searching for software that could automate this data extraction and it has amazing accuracy and is so easy to use.

It delivered exactly what it promised and I could not ask for more.

I did not have enough time to test all the features in the free trial but the ones I did try were enough to convince me to invest in it.

We used the software for processing invoices and I was really impressed with how fast the data processing was. Plus we able to save a lot of time and manpower.

There is nothing I dislike but improving the table capture UI could make the platform even better.

Saying I am impressed with it would be an understatement. I mainly use it for OCR and it has made filing and organizing documents so much easier. It has simplified my work and I am sure others have noticed too.

I love everything about the platform. But I would like it even more if it had an Opera extension but it is not a huge issue since they have extensions for major browsers like Chrome and Brave.

The best feature, hands down is the interactive UI. And the reasonable price sealed the deal for me.

It is almost a perfect platform. It would be better with more transparent pricing but the team was quick to help me with that.

Compared to other similar products I come across in the market, Nanonets is not only more affordable but it also makes the process simpler with a self explanatory system for reading and extracting accurate data from vendor invoices.

“An excellent IDP product with smooth integrations

Pros

The ability to create custom data extraction models for specific document types is fantastic. We used it for a set of internal documents and Nanonets learned to identify and pull key data from them. It was also instrumental in setting up an automated workflow to pull raw data, extract relevant information and integrate it into our database of choice.

Cons

Well I wish the trial period could have been a bit longer by default. There was a lot to test regarding our workflow but the team did extend it upon our request so it worked out fine.
