quick integration and useful ab testing

Pros

Getting it connected was simple and the ability to run A/B tests is really valuable.

Cons

The analytics and reporting are pretty weak right now and they definitely need more features.

Content scheduling that actually works

Pros

Keeping content scheduled in advance has made a big difference for our team when managing a packed marketing calendar. Being able to place content exactly where we want within our template has saved us from spending extra development time. Its content loads quickly and hasn't caused any slowdown on our pages. It's uncommon for us to run into an issue without a solution but when we do, our customer success manager Jiachen responds fast and helps us troubleshoot and get things implemented quickly. Communication is prompt and we always feel well supported.

Cons

Some of the integration pieces we use still need a bit of back-end work from our team although everything can be handled within the admin. Since we're integrating with Magento, I expect that experience will continue to improve over time and become more in line with platforms that are more commonly supported, such as Shopify.

loving the new feature access

Pros

Getting early access to brand-new features has been really valuable especially because it lets us roll them out quickly when they're relevant. Joanna, our account manager, has also been consistently supportive and helpful throughout. Also, the workshops and demos have been genuinely useful particularly when testing newer tools like UGC and Post Purchase.

Cons

The biggest gap for us is still Bundles. It would help a lot if bundles were easier to access and if there were clearer visibility into exactly which products are included in each bundle. The ability to export and import bundles between stores would also make the feature much more practical for our setup.

Excellent experience so far

Pros

The platform feels very adaptive to use and it's clear the team really takes customer feedback into account when developing and improving the tool.

dynamic campaigns

Pros

It is highly flexible and lets you launch a wide variety of campaigns which makes it possible to tailor the browsing experience for your visitors in lots of different ways.

Cons

At the start, it can feel a bit complex and without the support from the weekly sessions it is not always obvious how or why certain elements work the way they do. There is definitely a learning curve but once you go through the training and education provided, things start to make sense and become much clearer fairly quickly.

It powers our strategy now!

Pros

Over time, we've expanded well beyond just using Recommendations in our Nosto account and now rely on Search, Email Widgets, A/B Testing, Content Personalization, Pop-Ups and most recently Upsell too. The time it saves our team has been incredibly valuable and the analytics it gives us, both at a detailed level and across the bigger picture, are a huge benefit. Being able to understand what each segment is browsing and buying has had a real impact on how we shape our ecommerce strategy.

Cons

One thing we're especially eager to see is improved analytics for Dynamic Bundles. We understand it's still in Beta but stronger reporting there would make Bundles much easier to work with and would help us better understand what's performing well within them.
