“shopify integration never worked”
Pros
The reason we signed up was the promise that it would work with Shopify. In reality, after more than four months with the service, they still haven't been able to get it working and they don't seem to have any in-house Shopify developers or support staff who can actually implement the product. they've stopped responding to us altogether.
Cons
The biggest issue is that it simply does not work with Shopify.

I like its excellent features and strong functionality and it's very simple to use while still being available at a cost-effective price.
Cons
The platform can be a bit slow at times and moving from one page to another also feels sluggish so this is definitely an area they should improve.

There's a lot packed into this LMS which makes it genuinely enjoyable to use. Features like gamification, cloud-based access, full customization, a user-friendly setup and mobile compatibility make it feel versatile and modern.
Cons
The interface could definitely be improved and the site speed feels slower than it should. Moving from one page to another also takes a bit too long so navigation performance is an area that needs work.

Having performance management and multi-tenancy built in is a big plus. The UI can be customized nicely and the game points feature is a fun way to keep users engaged. Reporting is strong and the documentation portal is also really helpful.

Performance Management feels essential and the authoring tool is really well put together and clean.
Cons
I'd still like to have more reports available out of the box although the company does provide full support for report customization.
