“shopify integration never worked”
Pros
The reason we signed up was the promise that it would work with Shopify. In reality, after more than four months with the service, they still haven't been able to get it working and they don't seem to have any in-house Shopify developers or support staff who can actually implement the product. they've stopped responding to us altogether.
Cons
The biggest issue is that it simply does not work with Shopify.
