“wasted time”
Pros
The instructions are easy and simple to follow which at least makes the process understandable. But they really need to stop referring to the test activities as games because that is not what they are.
Cons
This felt like a complete waste of time. The results came across as almost predetermined and they did not reflect the way I think or the work I actually do at all.
