Bringing our older systems into a modern setup finally became possible with this. We have legacy machines on the shop floor and pulling real-time data from them used to be a constant struggle. Using this platform, we got live dashboards and workflows up and running within a few days and we barely had to write any code. I also really appreciated being able to move into full code whenever we needed more control. That kind of flexibility makes a big difference.

Cons

The initial setup came with a bit of a learning curve. Once everything started to click, it wasn't hard to work with but in the beginning there were definitely a few points where we needed support to walk us through it. More onboarding tutorials would make that process a lot better.
