helpful message organization

Pros

Something that really works well with it is how simple it is to manage conversations and distinguish messages coming from different client groups :)

Cons

It would be even better if it had a more visually appealing interface.

solid docs

Pros

Coming at this as an analyst instead of a developer I've still been able to work through its documentation and build several scripts to export data for one of my clients. It has also fit neatly into my client's platform and feels like a natural part of the product rather than something tacked on. It's been dependable across multiple websites. Also the moderation tools are thorough and simple to work with.

Cons

It is clearly aimed at enterprise customers and the pricing is in line with that. The features are split across different plans so getting a specific capability may require moving up to a higher subscription tier. Advanced analytics for instance is only included in the Pro package and above. Because of that the total cost is shaped not just by usage but also by which features you need.

reliable daily support platform

Pros

Running our customer support 24/7 through this web app has been very dependable. The platform is simple to use, yet it still offers a lot of detailed information and reporting whenever needed. I use it every day and can rely on it consistently. It also helps us filter employees based on business needs and with just a few clicks, we can assign roles and get tasks organized efficiently.

Cons

The AI side has strong potential and could become much more powerful though machine learning is still evolving rapidly across the industry.

easy setup

Pros

Right away the platform proved its value with message notifications that work reliably whether users are online or offline! That makes a big difference because people can stay updated on their messages no matter their connection status which keeps communication dependable and convenient. I also really appreciate the personalized touch of being able to notify users by name or by message since it helps make sure important conversations don't get overlooked. On top of that the initial setup was very simple so integrating it into our workflow felt trouble free. Its combination of simplicity and effective chat communication makes it something I'd absolutely recommend and it easily earns a 10 out of 10 from me.

Cons

For now I don't have any drawbacks to mention.

dependable chat

Pros

Chat features are the highlight here and they perform really well. Even with a weak internet connection the system still runs reliably and keeps conversations going without much trouble.

Cons

The pricing feels too expensive for a chat solution. It ends up adding more to our overall budget than we would like.

flexible integrations

Pros

A thing that really works well with this is how naturally it fits into all of our customer facing apps so it feels like a unified part of our overall communication setup. The platform is also very good at supporting ongoing improvements and rolling out new APIs as our customer needs change which gives us the flexibility to customize chat features to different client requirements without a lot of friction. Another big plus is their support team. They've been very responsive and helpful when it comes to offering new solutions which makes it easier for our operations to keep up as our user base grows and things become more complex. Other than that the initial setup was said to be easy which helped get everything launched without much trouble.

Cons

From time to time we run into problems where messages don't go through and notifications fail to trigger. Even if only a small number of users report it missing customer chats is a serious concern. It would help a lot if there were clearer trails or logs for every chat sent and received since that would make troubleshooting these issues much more manageable.

Timely help

Pros

The layout is well designed and customizing it to fit a company's specific needs is very simple. We manage student accommodation and use it to keep track of 7 buildings across Edinburgh which helps us respond to customers very quickly and make sure no requests slip through over time. Moving over from our previous system was effortless and it fit into our team's daily workflow without disruption. Because of that we're now able to support customers more thoroughly and on a much more regular basis.

Cons

This isn't really a fault with the platform itself but it does sit in a very crowded messaging market which can sometimes make it harder to promote.

Accurate at massive scale

Pros

Running it in production has been incredibly dependable for us! It handles the scale we have at Zepto without any issues and supports all the chat capabilities we need for around 150k daily support conversations between customers and AI or human agents. On top of that the onboarding process was simple and their support team has always been quick to respond whenever we needed help.

Cons

Honestly nothing negative comes to mind.

rich features

Pros

Getting this into our platform was easy and the product has been reliable and packed with useful features. It's quick to get up and running and the support team is always responsive and clear in their communication.

Cons

rock solid chat platform

Pros

After building two separate implementations with this I haven't run into a single problem with the service or the underlying technology even while supporting hundreds of thousands of users each day. Whenever I've had to check the documentation it's been consistently excellent and packed with strong examples. They also offer downloadable demo code for most features which makes building on top of the platform much more easy. Also their team has been genuinely responsive to feature requests and new ideas even at the CEO level.

Cons

Really haven't noticed any major drawbacks aside from the fact that a few features still haven't been rolled out across every client library yet.

Great group messaging control

Pros

Managing multiple chat groups and sending bulk messages across them is very simple. The platform feels convenient to use and getting familiar with how everything works doesn't take much time at all.

Cons

Simple chat setup

Pros

Getting the AI Chatbot into the product was pretty simple because the documentation is clearly written and covers most of what's needed without much guesswork. The customization side is also a big plus! The SDK lets you override the chat UI and user actions so it's possible to build the feature around a completely different design instead of being locked into a default look. Another strong point is the engineering support. The team has been very responsive and consistently willing to help making sure questions get answered and issues are properly addressed :)

Cons

Dashboard already provides the essential information but from a mobile development standpoint it would be even better if it included more platform specific details for ios android and web.
