“versatile knowledge sharing win”
Pros
Across teams and even with external providers, I mainly use it to package internal knowledge and make it accessible where it's needed. What I especially value is how versatile it is while still staying simple to use.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about using it. We had a different knowledge management tool before and that one left me unconvinced in a lot of areas. This one, on the other hand, delivers everything I expect.

“Capable content management”
Pros
Everything about it feels simple, user-friendly and very capable. I really appreciate how simple it is to handle content, whether I'm creating something new or managing existing items.
Cons
there really isn't much for me to complain about. Some people on my team were wishing it had Boolean search but honestly, the basic search works well enough to return every result I've needed, thanks to its very strong indexing.

“powerful web clipper and organization”
Pros
The web clipper has been a fantastic tool for collecting and sharing information. The multi-layered hierarchy and organization system makes it much simpler to search through thousands of saved pieces of information and quickly find what I need.
Cons
A few limitations still get in the way. The web clipper can't be used on mobile devices, tags still don't support the "&" symbol for things like M&A, E&M, or Food & Beverage and foreign text such as Korean gets broken in Word files even though it displays perfectly in PDF files.

“clean design and smart organization”
Pros
Keeping everything organized is easy. It's really handy to link websites, videos, PDFs and documentation through a plugin without much hassle. Tagging works well and the search feature makes documents quick to find. The website preview is also useful and having a feedback option for every new addition is a nice touch. On top of that, the interface looks clean and well designed.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is version control. Right now, the only real workaround is uploading multiple documents and renaming each updated version manually.

“versatile sharing and storage”
Pros
The platform feels very easy for me to work with and the flexibility to store and share data in almost any format is extremely convenient.
Cons
One downside is that it doesn't save other members' email addresses, so whenever you want to share something, you have to already know that person's address or copy and paste it from your email.

“flexible sharing”
Pros
Working with this software has been a genuinely positive experience for me. The interface feels simple and creating separate libraries for different stakeholder groups across our organization has made navigation much easier for staff. People can quickly locate exactly what they need and the ability to store and share multiple file formats has been especially valuable.
Cons
Honestly there's very little I dislike about the software. The one improvement I'm really looking forward to is the option to upload a master copy of a resource into the organization library and have it automatically replicated across other libraries. That would reduce the need for repeated uploads and give us much better version control for resources we use throughout the organization and in different regions.

“tag-based content delivery wins”
Pros
Moving away from traditional folders and into a Google-style tagging system completely changed the way we organize content. Customers can now search by tags and instantly find, preview and download resources connected to them which has made our content far more discoverable and useful. Instead of files disappearing into forgotten Dropbox folders, everything now lives inside a searchable platform where customers actively engage with it. For genre-specific material, uploading content and assigning the right tags immediately pushes it to the correct audience, along with automatic notifications. The thumbnail previews are another huge advantage because they make identifying the right resource much faster. Tagging does require some planning but the onboarding team helped us adapt very smoothly to the new structure.
Cons
Versioning is still something we are working through but the current workaround has been good enough for our needs.

“organized digital library powerhouse”
Pros
Bringing together digital content from many different sources into one searchable and organized location has been incredibly valuable for us. The onboarding, training and built-in guardrails also do a great job of helping teams maintain a structured and sustainable digital library over time.
Cons
It covers all of my primary needs, though I'd still love to see future enhancements in a few areas, more advanced search capabilities, more detailed permissions settings, stronger tagging functionality and support for custom fields and filters.

“Feasible UX and constant updates”
Pros
User experience immediately felt polished and simple to me and the platform clearly shows a lot of thought in its design. I also appreciate how regularly new features continue to roll out.
Cons
Honestly nothing significant comes to mind. Choosing and setting up any DAM platform can be a hassle but that's not really on them, it's just a major decision because moving from one system to another is always difficult.

“searchable tagging and team sharing”
Pros
Searchable tagging structure makes content very easy for our team to locate and the system is simple enough that anyone can use it comfortably. Sharing resources across departments has helped us avoid duplicate files and unnecessary repeated work. The integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox work smoothly and drag-and-drop uploads make file management extremely convenient.
Cons
A built-in CRM would make the platform even more useful and Outlook integration would be a valuable addition too. Getting all the content uploaded and organized takes a bit of time at the beginning but once everything is set up, it definitely pays off.

“perfect digital library organizer”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the combination of the simple organization system and the excellent web clipper. Together, they make collecting, tagging and organizing information into digital libraries extremely efficient. The OCR-powered search is another huge benefit because it allows users to quickly search across documents, images, presentations, videos, webpages and many other media types.
Cons
My only complaint is that I wish it had been available much earlier. There are very few collaborative taxonomy tools out there and even fewer that offer this level of functionality and feature depth.

“Amazing sharing and search”
Pros
Sharing resources across our membership has become much more efficient for us. I especially value the ability to combine internal content from OneDrive with external content gathered through the Web Clipper, since I haven't found another product that handles both this well. The group customization features are also excellent because specific roles can be assigned without granting wider platform access. Having the flexibility to make some content public while keeping other resources private is another major plus, especially for sharing through websites and social channels. The search functionality is probably the strongest feature overall and email notifications for comments help authors respond quickly to discussions and questions.
Cons
The biggest limitation is the missing built-in CRM and the lack of API connectivity in that area which may rule it out for some users. Even with that drawback, it still feels like the strongest CMS available.

“Excellent search and web clipper”
Pros
Setting up our internal knowledge base felt surprisingly manageable for me. Once the how-to content was written, employees rarely needed to search manually because the search tool quickly surfaces exactly what they need. The web clipper has also become one of the most valuable features in our workflow.
Cons
At the moment, it still doesn't integrate with products like OneDrive and SharePoint. That said those integrations are on the roadmap and are already being worked on.

“Great tool for sync, search and sharing”
Pros
Sync, search and sharing are the three biggest strengths of it for CMDW, Inc. The Google Drive and Dropbox integration makes organizing and accessing files much more manageable. After everything is synced, finding a file by keyword is simple, even when the title or creation date has slipped your mind. Moving files or folders into updated private or shared folders is fast with drag and drop and it can also leave items where they already are since the original filing structure and locations stay intact during sync. It comes with four permission levels already in place, plus a groups feature that makes sharing with the right level of access really convenient. Another big plus is how well it handles all kinds of files and media, from documents to audio and video which matters a lot for the creative people on our team. I've used plenty of organization and collaboration platforms and this one really gets the user experience right. The interface looks polished and feels much less overwhelming for clients and teammates who aren't especially tech savvy. Even the onboarding was enjoyable. The demo was helpful, personalized to my organizational needs and the customer rep genuinely paid attention to the issues I was dealing with. They showed clearly how it could fix a lot of the problems we currently have. I'm genuinely excited to finally have a file management system that works. We're no longer wasting hours hunting for files or recreating work from scratch.
Cons
So far, everything works well.

“all-in-one with smart sharing”
Pros
Having everything together in one place has been really useful and it syncs well with apps I already use, like Dropbox. The interface looks polished and it didn't take long to get comfortable with. I also appreciate being able to keep some areas private while sharing others with my organization. The tagging system is another feature that works really well for me.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any major drawbacks. The online storage services I rely on most, Dropbox and Google Drive, are both supported which covers my needs. It does take a bit of experimenting to really figure out how to get the most out of it but the customer support has been very helpful. Whenever I had questions, I got quick responses.

“clean and simple collaboration”
Pros
Among knowledge management tools, this one feels the most user-friendly by far. It works really well for cross-team collaboration and the UX is clean, attractive and simple. It also doesn't take long to get comfortable with the software and start using it effectively.
Cons
A bulk tagging feature would make it even better and that's probably one of the only real complaints I have.

“fantastic search and clean design”
Pros
Searching in this software is fantastic. You can look things up by keywords, tags, file type, date and more which makes finding the exact document much faster. The interface is clean and simple and it saves our sales team a lot of time since we no longer have to dig around for the most current version of a file.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is being able to save the same document in the same location but I understand that this is already on their roadmap. Overall it's an excellent product.

“research tracking done right”
Pros
With so much information scattered across the internet, this has become an essential tool for keeping research organized. It saves us a lot of time by eliminating the need to retrace steps, juggle links, or try to relocate that one useful thing we saw earlier. Beyond just storing and sorting content, the advanced OCR features are incredibly helpful for working through large documents, letting us jump straight to the exact section we need instead of reading page after page. As our collection of resources keeps growing, this is now replacing Google as the first place I check for information.
Cons
Haven't noticed any drawbacks.
