“Advanced calendar coordination solution”

Pros

After trying plenty of scheduling tools, this is the only one I've used that really gives enough flexibility with team calendar syncing, blocking out specific days and times and even accounting for buffer time between meetings.

Cons

I honestly wouldn't change anything about the core functionality though it would be nice to see a more expanded analytics section with insights into the most common meeting days and times.

Pros

After looking around for a reasonably priced scheduler that worked with both Microsoft Calendar and Teams, I was really happy to come across this. Since Google tends to dominate the business space, finding something affordable with those Microsoft integrations was surprisingly hard. On top of that, it's completely free and includes far more features than I expected. I also appreciate the different call scheduling options, like letting the client call me or allowing me to call the client which is especially useful when missed calls happen often in your type of business. I haven't tried the AI tools yet but I'm definitely curious to see how they improve over time. Overall it's an excellent tool for businesses.

Cons

Really haven't come across anything I dislike. I'm using the free plan so the platform branding is there which makes sense but with the upgrade costing only $5 per month, it's hardly an issue. The only thing I'd love to see added down the road is integration with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

“calendar magic for client bookings”

Pros

Booking meetings with clients every day used to take up way too much time and this AI has been a huge help. It's become essential for me. If you already use Calendly, I honestly think you'll want to switch right away. Being able to book a meeting automatically just by forwarding an email is fantastic, it genuinely feels like having your own assistant handling all the meetings piling onto your calendar. Chris and his team are also incredibly helpful. Anytime there's a question or an issue, they go out of their way to make sure everything is resolved and that you're happy. This company and its software have exceeded my expectations more than once and that's why they absolutely deserve five stars.

Cons

I'd love to add some criticism just to make this review feel more balanced but I really can't think of anything. The free plan is generous, the support team is responsive and it includes basically every feature you'd want. Amazing job, team.

“automation is a standout”

Automation has been the biggest advantage of using this AI.

I would really appreciate having more integration options available.

“custom scheduling pages i love!!”

Pros

The scheduling page layout is something I really enjoy. I like having lots of custom scheduling pages and this lets me set them up without any hassle using my own domain and matching URL extensions. I also prefer getting questions answered before calls are booked and with Sidkickai, that has become a easy part of every appointment I schedule.

Cons

My only real issue with itai is that it still does not integrate with my video call platform, GoToMeeting. That has been the one thing I've had to work around. I get that no app can support every option out there and they do already cover Zoom and Google Meet which are probably the most widely used but I'm definitely hoping GoToMeeting gets added at some point soon.

Pros

Having a fully automated system has been the best part of using it AI. I don't have to spend hours manually arranging appointments or meetings anymore. Once I set my availability and preferences, it AI takes care of everything else on its own.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't run into any major issues with it AI. The team seems to be doing an excellent job.

Pros

After trying meeting tools like Book Like a Boss and Calendly, switching to it.ai was a really pleasant surprise. Getting my account created and everything set up took hardly any time. There are plenty of video tutorials available and whenever I had questions, the team responded right away. If you want scheduling software backed by excellent support, it.ai is absolutely worth considering. It also lets you book group meetings without all the usual back-and-forth emails which saves a lot of time. I honestly wouldn't go back to the other scheduling platforms.

“all apps in one place”

Pros

Having all my apps gathered in one place makes switching between contexts really convenient. It helps me move through my work incredibly fast.

Cons

One issue I've noticed is that when I switch between tabs and apps, the input box loses focus so I have to click back into it again before typing. It would be much better if the input stayed focused when changing context, as long as it was focused before.

“faster meeting scheduling”

Pros

Scheduling meetings is much quicker with this and not having to manually add everything to my calendar saves a lot of time. That alone makes a big difference in day-to-day use.

Cons

Google Calendar sync can be a bit slow at times. It would also help if deleting an event in Google Calendar automatically canceled the related email event notifications.

“email and scheduling lifesaver”

Pros

Being able to connect my email and calendar and let the system handle the rest has been the most helpful part for me!

Cons

Only issue I run into is the occasional minor bug during the development process but with broader adoption and how quickly the team responds, I really think the potential is unlimited.
