“Efficient document automation workspace”

Pros

Putting together reports, budgets and proposals is much more efficient with this since it works directly inside MS Word. It makes document creation a lot simpler by using reusable templates, keeping formatting consistent and letting me insert variables instead of rewriting the same content over and over. That cuts down writing time quite a bit. Installation is easy, it's simple to work with and it also allows simultaneous tracking of document progress.

Cons

Every now and then, the MS Word add-on removes itself unexpectedly and has to be installed again which is especially frustrating when there's a deadline or time pressure.
