limited features and uneven performance

Pros

It handles the main use case reasonably well and doesn't take long to start using. Once you spend a little time in it, the interface becomes fairly simple and it does a good job of bringing tasks together that would otherwise be split across multiple tools. For basic needs, it performs as expected and can save time compared with managing the same processes manually.

Cons

A few parts of the product still come across as limited or not completely refined. Performance isn't always consistent and moving into more advanced use cases involves a noticeable learning curve. The documentation also needs to be clearer, especially for new users and certain workflows depend on workarounds that aren't always obvious to figure out.

fast workflow building but busy ui

Pros

Turning an "idea" into a working AI workflow takes hours instead of weeks with this tool. The visual builder feels simple, setting up RAG is pretty easy and the integrations cover most of what I need, including docs, links, internal knowledge and apps. It's really useful for iterating quickly, validating use cases with real users and then taking that same flow into something production-ready.

Cons

Once workflows become more advanced, debugging starts to feel a little opaque and the interface can look crowded. A few connectors and edge cases still require workarounds and I'd really like better visibility into step-by-step logs and version comparisons. The pricing can also be a bit much for very small teams.

Quick automation with responsive support

Pros

AI workflow ideas into real automations have been incredibly practical with this platform and I can do it without getting buried in code. It brings together tools, data and processes in one place which saves a lot of time compared with stitching everything together manually. The drag-and-drop logic and light scripting are a perfect fit for someone who is not a full-time developer. Another big plus is how responsive the team is, their quick turnaround really helps when something needs attention and I'm not left waiting around. The time to value has been excellent because we can move from a concept to a working automation very quickly. It fits naturally into our day-to-day business flow and gives us the confidence to prototype fast or roll out a solution without a lot of friction. More than just an automation platform, it feels like having a reliable partner behind the product.

Cons

One thing we are watching closely is security and the separation of environments. Strong multi-environment support, with clear boundaries between development, staging and production, is essential for enterprise governance.

helpful automation and support

Pros

Coming from a non-technical background, this software feels very approachable thanks to its clean, well-laid-out interface. The support team has also been a real plus and adds a lot to the overall value. One of the biggest benefits is the drag-and-drop workflow builder which makes setting up automations much more manageable. It has helped me deal with things like ticket triage and customer support tasks efficiently and it shows how capable the platform is at improving workflows without requiring coding knowledge.

Cons

Biggest downside for me is the limited number of native integrations it offers. Not having a Spendesk integration has been especially noticeable and has affected my workflow. On top of that, the initial setup was not easy and ended up requiring help from a sales engineer. That added complexity made the onboarding process more difficult than I had expected.

powerful workflow stacking and flexibility

Pros

There's definitely a learning curve at first but once you get comfortable with the platform, the outcomes are genuinely impressive and the whole building process starts to feel very simple. The variety of LLMs you can plug in is outstanding and the detailed configuration options for each one make the tool adaptable to just about any scenario. Workflow stacking is also a standout feature. Instead of creating one huge workflow, you can build smaller pieces step by step and then combine them into a master flow.

Cons

The memory settings can be difficult to fully understand, especially for recurring tasks and it may take expert guidance to figure out the best way to use them. There are also a few techniques that make the tool much more effective but they are not really surfaced during onboarding. One particularly useful trick I only discovered through experimentation was keeping the prompt formatting almost completely separate from the instructions. In the examples below, assume _content_ refers to a text output from a previous node, whether in a long or short format.

flexible ai workflow builder

Pros

Building and deploying AI-powered workflows is easy without needing a lot of infrastructure in place. The hierarchical dependency system, along with reusable nodes and tools, is especially useful. It also connects well with APIs, knowledge bases and other external services.

Cons

Right now, there's very little to complain about. The platform is developing quickly and even though a few areas are still growing, the team is actively rolling out improvements and covering new use cases at a fast pace.

huge time-saver for creative work

Pros

One of the biggest benefits is how much time it cuts out of the prep process. I can turn messy client notes or lengthy reports into something actually useful, like a creative brief or a quick summary, without wasting hours doing it by hand. It's also really helpful for brainstorming since I can test different campaign directions or generate first drafts of presentation copy fast which lets me move on to the design and strategy work sooner. Because we handle all kinds of clients, I also appreciate how flexible it is and how well it can adapt based on the project.

Cons

A few features aren't especially simple right away, so there's definitely some trial and error involved in learning the best setup. The interface could also feel a bit more polished, especially for users who don't have a technical background. On top of that, I'd really like to see more integrations or templates built specifically for creative work, since that would make it even more valuable for someone in my role.

Simple no-code ai workflows

Pros

It felt very natural because the platform is so simple. I was able to build a complete AI workflow without writing any code and within minutes I had already created an automated email assistant. The drag-and-drop interface also makes the whole process feel very easy and user-friendly.

Cons

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and it can take some time to get comfortable with the platform. That said this is fairly expected for a tool like this and the time invested pays off because it ends up saving a lot of time in the long run. Even in the short term, it still feels worth the effort to learn.

powerful automation and integrations

Pros

One of the biggest wins for me is not having to review documents manually anymore. It has really improved my workflow through automation, especially when actions are triggered as soon as emails come in which cuts down a lot of repetitive work. The web scraping integration is also excellent and does a very good job of pulling in the right data efficiently. On top of that, the support team has been outstanding, quick to respond and open to new feature requests. With how user-friendly the platform is and how well it handles enterprise-focused integrations, it has become a standout option for me.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. I trust the team behind it and it's clear the product is developing at a very fast pace.

Amazing integrations and secure deployment

Pros

Right away, this platform feels incredibly powerful, with a very comprehensive set of integrations like SharePoint, SAP, Workday, Google Drive and plenty more. The drag-and-drop interface is a big plus for team members who are not quite ready to start coding AI agents from scratch. It's also really useful that agents can be exported as forms, websites, chatbots, or even used inside Slack, since a lot of other agent-building tools don't offer that and force you to build a whole separate website just so other people can access it. On top of that, the security side is strong, with lots of built-in protections such as PII safeguards, guardrails to keep chatbots from going off track, SSO, password controls and compliance with standards like HIPAA and SOC 2.

Cons

There are definitely a lot of options, tools and templates, so it can feel a bit overwhelming at times figuring out where to begin. That said the Chat with Workflow feature has been really helpful and I use it all the time to ask questions like how to debug something, how to add a specific tool into a workflow, or even to have it generate a workflow for me.
