Pros
Their marketing and training materials are really solid, the customer support is quite helpful and the A/B testing features work well.
Cons
The AI algorithms still seem poorly trained and the results are weak, plus the platform is fairly expensive. Support is decent but if you are not a large e-commerce store, you may have to wait a while for help. Integrations can also be complicated and costly.

Pros
It brings together capabilities that usually require several different marketing cloud tools. One of its strongest points is how well it handles customer identification and how easily it connects with data already stored in other systems. With it, I can create effective omnichannel real-time analytics, build custom dashboards, run real-time campaigns across virtually any channel and media and use A/B/X testing to choose the most effective communication. Another big advantage is that all collected data can be stored very efficiently in Terrarium which makes working with large data volumes much more cost-effective.
Cons
No product is perfect and there is always room for improvement or small inconveniences to address. That said, what really matters is listening to customer feedback, fixing issues quickly and continuing to improve what already works well. The Synerise team stays close to customers and actively works on making the product better.
