“Exceptional tool

Pros

MatchIT works perfectly for all of our clients, no matter which postal provider they decide to go with.

Cons

At first it was pretty confusing to work with but the IT support team was awesome and helped walk us through everything.

Pros

I have been using MatchIT for over 10 years and the results have always been great too. Even though lots of apps offer deduplication but MatchIT stands out as the most flexible and effective for us.

Cons

It can be a little difficult for me to setting things up properly the first few times though there are guides available to help.

“It really does what it promises

Pros

The accuracy is spot-on and we have not seen any weird issues with the data. Plus it runs pretty fast too even when working with huge suppression files.

Cons

Honestly it is a little odd with a few minor issues, especially when it comes to interpreting data and header rows. Also the layout is not quite simple as you have to do things in a certain order which makes it feel a bit clunky sometimes.

Pros

Imports are quite intuitive and the processing speed is impressive too especially when I am working across multiple files.

Cons

Nothing major but after working with it through all its different stages, I am still picking up new tricks here and there.
