Clear event logs and audits

Pros

Checking logs and audit trails for any events is simple and it's easy to identify what happened.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit cluttered at times especially for someone new to the platform.

Tracks all logs

Pros

I really appreciate being able to track all the logs clearly and if something fails on a third-party side, we can retrigger it without much hassle.

Cons

When tasks get lengthy especially inside loops, it becomes difficult to review and check everything properly.

well-structured interface

Pros

It has been an incredible tool to work with. The interface looks really good and is very simple to follow. It lets you build workflows for all kinds of use cases and connect with different connectors for specific APIs. The logging is available immediately in a separate tab and from a production support perspective, it's very user-friendly to understand what's happening inside the workflows.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see improved is workflow version control. When several developers are working on the same workflow, there isn't proper version control within the environment. A stronger versioning setup could also include a code review section so one version doesn't accidentally interfere with another. Another issue comes up when a large volume of data is moving through workflows: the UI only shows part of that data. There should be another way to view the complete dataset because it becomes nearly impossible to troubleshoot when the problem exists in the portion marked as "not displayed."

outstanding AI integration features

Pros

Across all regions, we rely on it for lead routing by building custom rules around our process. The newer AI integration features have been a really nice addition and are something I've genuinely enjoyed using.

Cons

the rule setup feels somewhat complex when you're new to the platform. It also starts to fall short when the lead routing logic becomes too advanced or highly complex.

awesome drag-and-drop features

Pros

As a reverse ETL tool, it offers a drag-and-drop setup that can handle a wide range of use cases and workflows.

Cons

Getting comfortable with some of the functionality takes time and there's definitely a learning curve at the beginning.

Wide range of features

Pros

It is the platform we rely on most for automating our Risk, Vulnerability and Incident Management workflows. It comes with a wide range of tools and integrations that help us react quickly when different situations come up. Some solutions can take a little effort to build correctly because the setup can get fairly complex but the functionality it provides is definitely valuable. It's also reassuring to see their team actively focused on making the platform more user-friendly and the regular updates have been helping in that area.

Cons

A few of the integrations are not as user-friendly as they could be so getting them implemented properly sometimes requires a deeper understanding of the tools involved. Even with that learning curve, Tray.io has still proven to be a dependable and capable automation platform for simplifying our Risk, Vulnerability and Incident Management processes.
