“sync issues”
Pros
There's no limit on how many custom email templates we can build which is one useful part of the software.
Cons
When multiple users are working in it, the edits don't sync properly. The software also freezes way too often with a "not responding" message and when something breaks, there's basically no support to help fix it.

“Very helpful for daily work”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple and it has been working really well. It makes a big difference in my day-to-day work and saves me a lot of effort.
Cons
What's still missing for me is a mobile version. It would be even better if responses could stay synced as well. I'd also love more options for building conditions and support for spintax so the responses can feel more varied.

“Huge timesaver”
Pros
Back when I was using a wiki for my templates, everything for emails social posts and random bits of information had to be copied and pasted manually. Then I still needed to read through the entire text and tweak it each time. Now, I just answer a few questions and the full message is ready to use. It is saving me hours every single week.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing about it that I dislike. Sure, there are a couple of features I'd love to see added later on but they're already on the roadmap :-)

“Supportive team”
Pros
It has been a huge time-saver for me. I constantly use canned replies for emails and chats and before this, retyping the same messages again and again was really frustrating. It's very simple to use and with just one click, there's nothing extra to memorize. Honestly, I can't imagine working without it now. The support from their team has been very generous as well.
Cons
One issue I ran into was resolved very quickly by the team and everything has been working perfectly since then.

“handy replies for every channel”
Pros
Creating responses for emails, LinkedIn and frequent questions has been really simple and I use it all the time.
Cons
There is not much to complain about since it does what it promises. The development team also got back to me and said a phone app is on the way.

“Simple to handle”
Pros
It is really simple to use and having it readily available for sending repetitive, routine responses makes a big difference. It's a really useful tool!
Cons
The only part that feels a bit inconvenient is needing to log in again every time after boot-up but that's a minor trade-off for the convenience the tool offers.

“quick browser-based access”
Pros
Having it integrated with the web browser makes it convenient to access the text I need whenever I need it.
Cons
There are occasional bugs while using the software but the developers usually fix them pretty quickly.

“Capable tool”
Pros
If you manage a customer experience, customer service or customer support team, TypeDesk really deserves a look. It may still be a relatively new product but it already feels impressively capable and they keep rolling out new features on a regular basis. The keyboard shortcuts for the core actions make everything incredibly fast and efficient. On top of that, the support team is quick, friendly and genuinely open to feedback which makes it feel like they are building something truly useful.
Cons
At this point, there are barely any bugs and honestly not much to complain about. The only feature that still feels a bit unfinished is already in progress and they are planning to update it within the next two weeks so there should be even less to list as a downside very soon.

“Brilliant service and clean interface”
Pros
the trial took almost no effort and storing my prefabs was pretty simple. The interface felt well organized and their customer support was proactive about reaching out. I just ran out of time during my workday and couldn't give them the level of feedback they were asking for.
Cons
formatting disappeared when I pasted a prefab into the app. It's also meant to support collaboration between team members but when I shared something with a teammate, they only had read-only access. Another big limitation is that you can't add GIFs or images into prefabs which would be extremely useful for customer support. Without that feature alone, I really can't say yes to the product.
