For typical UI automation and general component validation, it is a huge time-saver compared to building our own custom in house framework and testing scenarios from scratch.

One thing I have noticed is that for more complex or unique scenarios, it is quite difficult to create.

The development process relies on a simple drag and drop feature for the necessary functions. Plus minimal programming skills are required to build an RPA bot and I find it extremely easy to deploy using the cloud orchestrator.

There is no option to turn off automatic updates in the settings. I hope they introduce this option soon.

UiPath is a modern RPA software that is continuously evolving and adding new capabilities. Overall it is a good software and I highly recommend it!

Well it is hard for me to pick a favorite feature but I did like it when I canceled my membership.

It is clunky and overpriced. And customer service did not help at all. When I contacted them they told me they would contact me when an agent was available but nothing happened. I had to keep following up myself and when I complained about the long wait, they said they were busy. So if you are too busy to help customers, why sell the product in the first place? Absolutely ridiculous. The staff either is not trained properly or they are just rude, and the management does not care to fix it.

The integration with various software and the Test Suite is fantastic for quickly testing our automation.

There are some restrictions with orchestration processes but they are likely to improve in the future. Also I find it hard to keep up with the many releases they have throughout the year.

Also it is easy to navigate, with strong visualization that improves the experience. And unlike cloud based alternatives, it offers a more streamlined setup and a lower learning curve. Its academy is incredibly helpful too as it makes it easy for me to master it.

The studio UI needs an update and managing licenses is not as simple as I expected. Plus the web studio is pretty basic.

UiPath is an excellent tool for automating repetitive tasks with its drag and drop functionality. Using its default Re-Framework, I can automate processes in both web and window applications. Plus its data extraction and integration abilities make the automation process much smoother and more efficient. And overall it is very easy to use.

Well the licensing cost of it is pretty high which makes it tough for small and medium businesses to afford. Plus I noticed there are limitations on the number of robots in the community edition of Orchestrator.

What I like the most is that this system works almost autonomously, allowing professionals to focus on other areas with the confidence that this system (Robotio) will perform the tasks well on its own. Plus its robots can be programmed to adapt to various company sectors from marketing to finance, with precise control.

I consider this tool one of the most complete of its kind. It helps solve problems that used to be difficult or even impossible to address for me. Without a doubt it is one of the best.

They have thought of everything. As in it I find a solution to just about everything.
