“Good platform with even better support

Pros

The bot was pretty easy to set up even though it offers a wide range of options and integrations, also the customer support team was fantastic, assisting us before, during and after the implementation. WotNot was exactly what we were looking for and it delivered. We needed a feature that the app did not have but when we explained it to the sales team, they connected us with the development team and they added the feature at no extra cost.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike so far as everything has been great.

We have the ultimate plan with WotNot and I cannot find anything to criticize. They have been highly supportive in designing, implementing and managing our chatbot. On top of it their response time is quick and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Cons

One thing we do not like is that we dont have full access to the backend of our website so we are unable to directly copy and paste the code to implement the chatbot on various pages.

“Excellent tool and phenomenal customer support

Pros

Well we needed a WhatsApp chatbot solution that could also scale on Facebook and our website so basically we wanted something that could easily integrate with our database and that anyone could set up and manage without constant development support. The combination of WotNot's features and WhatsApp flows was the perfect solution for us. Also add in excellent customer support as they were super proactive and helpful. Overall you get an outstanding customer experience. We are really satisfied with our experience with it and are confident the bot will provide great benefits to our users.

Cons

We faced some challenges when trying to connect to it with the WhatsApp API but the customer support was excellent and they resolved everything during a call.
