Pros
A standout benefit for me showed up today with the WhatsApp Business integration. It has really become the go-to choice for letting a bot or messaging platform connect with people across almost any channel. Since I work with clients around the world, I end up maintaining accounts on social networks that might only serve a small group of users. Being able to communicate with clients in a space they already use and feel comfortable with matters a lot. Everyone knows how frustrating it is to get people to adopt a brand-new process. I'd much rather adapt my backend so it can welcome anyone who reaches out to my company. The platform is simple to navigate, the list of integrations keeps expanding and whenever I have questions, the responses come back fast.
Cons
Even after testing it for more than a year, I really haven't run into any problems. On the rare occasion something has come up, the response has been quick and efficient.
