Whenever we need something, their team is quick to jump in and help which has made them feel very dynamic and supportive. The self-service side is excellent too and adds a lot of value.
Cons
Honestly, the only real challenges we've run into have come from our own side. They also offer some really impressive features that we haven't had the chance to use yet but we're planning to get there soon.

“incredible product selector feature
Pros
Across Canon, the product selector has become an important digital tool for different kinds of customers, whether they need help figuring out the right option or already have a product in mind and just want extra reassurance before buying. Since these are considered purchases, it's important that customers feel confident they're choosing the right fit for their needs. This software does a really good job of narrowing the selection down to a relevant range of products for each individual user.
Cons
We also receive regular reports now which help us track performance for each selector across different markets. The one thing I'd still like to see is more detailed data especially around how users behave on the site before and after interacting with the tool. That said, it feels like something that could improve over time.
