I've been really impressed with Autoflow's support, they're top-notch. The product itself has everything I need to run my shop smoothly and the interface is super easy to use. I never feel lost when using it!

Good enough for what I needed

Pros

It's super simple to use, just click on a few bubbles and the reports are actually helpful. Makes everything a lot easier.

Cons

Maybe the layout could be a little better. I'd love to see how much media my techs are recording per car each week.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros

Integration was very simple! We can add our own predefined explanations, plus integrate videos which really helps our guests understand things better.

Cons

I don't really have a dislike yet, anytime there's been an issue or concern they've been quick to respond and fix it.

Would totally recommend it

Pros

The customer interface is really good and our customers absolutely love it. It makes everything so much smoother for them.

Cons

I have to flip between Techmetric and AutoFlow, which can be a little inconvenient.

Totally a game-changer

Pros

It's awesome because it involves the customer in the repair process. We can share pictures and videos, which really helps build trust and transparency.

Cons

Honestly nothing. It works great for us and we've been using it for years without any problems.

Pros

Autotext.me (now AutoFlow) has been a game-changer for us when it comes to communicating with customers. It opened up a whole new way to stay in touch.

Cons

It doesn't work as well as we'd like with our POS system but it could be time to upgrade the POS anyway.

More power than we need

Pros

I can run multiple inspections at once and the reports are solid. Also, being able to quickly text customers is fantastic.

Cons

No cons. they've given plenty of info on how to make the most of the tool, we just haven't gotten around to it yet.

Solid product

Pros

If you asked our shop manager, the best thing about autotext.me is how simple it is for everyday use. I also really like how easy it is to access online training when we're bringing new staff on board , saves a ton of time.

Cons

If I had to suggest a small improvement, it'd be with the shop tech dashboard. Sometimes it shows work still assigned, even though repairs were declined.

Use it every day, works great

Pros

Autotext.me (now AutoFlow) is a really solid digital vehicle inspection platform. They're always improving, and it seems like there's more good stuff coming soon. What really stands out, though, is how they listen to user feedback and respond to support requests. It's the people behind the product that make it stand out. great job, team!

Cons

Not really a dislike, but I do think there's room for improvement in AutoFlow's integration with Protractor. I'm excited to see how that evolves.
