Pros
I find pulling reports super easy and opening repair orders is a total smooth and simple for me.
Cons
It takes more steps than it should to open certain windows, like viewing an invoiced customer repair order. The sales tax report isn't very clear either and it doesn't show a breakdown of taxable and non-taxable categories.

Whenever we've had an issue, customer support has been there right away and they always do a great job helping us out. Amazing product.

The screens can be a bit complicated sometimes. There are just too many screens, making it not as simple to use.

“Great fit for our business
Pros
I really appreciate how fast and helpful the staff is. I love the online chat feature and how they can log into our computer to help. The reports are easy to read and there are lots of options to choose from. It's also super easy to train new employees on the program because it's so user-friendly. Finding invoices, work orders and payments is a piece of cake. The system lets me make adjustments with ratios, percentages and discounts without any hassle. I really like it!
Cons
We've had a few issues with the system logging us out in the middle of the day. Also, I don't like that I have to go back to the main screen every time I want to change a customer's name in a report before printing.

Pros
It is great at growing with your business and listening to your feedback. Their part supplier integration is hands down the best I've used, and it doesn't force you into paying for a third-party catalog. The multi-store feature works flawlessly and training new staff takes just hours, not days.
Cons
My only issue would be that there's no support for national accounts with big-name tire vendors.

It's so simple and efficient, especially with 10 locations. I can control everything from anywhere and everything is just a few clicks away. I love how I can customize it to suit my needs, too.
Cons
In the 15+ years we've been using AutoFluent, I honestly haven't found anything I dislike. Sure, there have been a few bumps along the way but the support team always fixes things right away!

“My choice for POS for 8 years running

The way AutoFluent adapts to any concerns or requests is amazing! I've been in the automotive industry for almost 20 years and have tried lots of software but I chose AutoFluent when I opened my own business because it was so user-friendly and flexible. I started with the desktop version when I had just one location and it was lightning fast. Now that we have multiple locations, we switched to the cloud-based version and while there's a tiny lag compared to the desktop version, it's still fantastic. I can access customer history for both stores and handle things remotely with ease. I've been with AutoFluent for 8 years now and they just keep getting better. They really listen to customer feedback and keep improving. Five stars all the way!
Cons
I really wish AutoFluent's scheduler could integrate with my online appointment scheduling software.
