“Learning something new”
Pros
The app is web-based, so I don't have to rely on a server. The other day, when our server went down, I just opened my browser and kept working like nothing happened. I also use the chat feature a lot, I'm in there at least once a day and the team is quick to respond and always super helpful.
Cons
This is a whole new system for me, especially after using a different platform for over 20 years. That old system was custom-tailored to our business, so it was a big shift. It's working with us, though to help us gather and organize the data we need to track our business performance and meet our goals.

“Huge improvements”
Pros
Switching over from QuickBooks was smooth. Their team made the transition so smooth by transferring all my client info without a hitch. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Cons
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike about AutoLeap. I know it can grow with my company, too. Right now, I'm on the Essentials plan but I know if I upgrade to Pro, I'll get some great features to improve my workflow.

“Learning fresh methods”
Pros
Since it's web-based, I don't have to worry about the whole server going down like we used to. If the server in another province had an issue, we were completely stuck. I can't count how many times I've used the chat feature to get help, each time the staff quickly pointed me in the right direction. Always super helpful.
Cons
The only thing I dislike is that it's new to me, so it's going to take some time to learn. Old habits are hard to break!

The CRM is definitely a highlight for us. It's really intuitive and keeps everything organized, plus the review system works great. The implementation was easy and the system fits into our daily routine perfectly. Plus, it connects with other APIs like Partstech and Repair Link, which is a huge bonus.
Cons
Right now, we haven't found anything we don't like. If we think something's missing, we just send it to support and they get to work on whether they can implement it or not.
