Pros
Tech support is always so friendly and helpful. They really make everything easier when I need assistance.
Cons
As a manager, I find it a bit tricky to locate all the settings I need to customize the accounts for my company and employees. It's not the easiest thing to use but I get there eventually.

“CCC makes everything easy
Pros
CCC is such a great tool for auto repair shops! The scheduling features are awesome, and it's super easy to use. I can track where a car is in the repair process, which is a huge help. Plus, I can update customers right through the program with text or email. It's also really convenient because I can download estimates directly from insurance companies.
Cons
One downside I've noticed with CCC is that if you're working with a fleet, you can't create a profile for them. So every time you schedule a vehicle, you have to enter the same info again. It's a bit problem and I really hope they fix this soon.

“Top collision repair software
Pros
I love that it gives OEM part numbers with most part searches. The system also does a great job of separating taxable and non-taxable items. I've used Mitchell in the past but given the price difference, I would definitely go with CCC instead.
Cons
It's not super helpful when working with brand new cars. There isn't enough info for the newer model years, like 2021 or 2022. I'd love to see more details and maybe even 3D images of parts where possible , that would make a big difference.

“My go-to for fast and accurate estimates
Pros
The labor time calculations and the parts catalog are fantastic. They make everything run so smoothly for me.
Cons
The platform doesn't show parts on a vehicle drawing as well as I hoped. I wish it was a little more intuitive in that area.

“Great all-in-one
Pros
The archive search feature is one of my favorites. It's so simple to pull up old customers from years ago and redo estimates when they come back in for more work. It's a huge time-saver.
Cons
I really dislike how slow the system can be sometimes. It takes forever just to open, then it takes another 20 minutes to lock and upload a file. It can get frustrating when time is tight.

“Perfect for evaluating damage
Pros
It has made reviewing damage photos and understanding estimates so much easier. It's a great reference for me and helps when I need to explain damages to other people. I find it really useful for keeping everything documented and organized.
Cons
No complaints from me but I think it'd be really helpful if they added a way to request additional photos and other items through some sort of form. It would make the platform a lot more useful in my opinion. But overall, I love it.

“Awesome estimating tool
Pros
It's simple to use for managing claims, photos and vehicle damage estimates. It loads crash data automatically from the vehicle's VIN and I can get total loss valuations almost instantly. The estimating tool is easy to use and even for complex estimates, it's quick and accurate. Plus, their customer support is top-notch!
Cons
It is great but there are times when the system goes down. When that happens, almost nothing works and you just have to wait for IT to fix it. It's definitely a frustrating wait.

“Must-have tool for auto shops
Pros
My experience with CCC ONE has been amazing. What I love most is how it connects with most insurance companies and parts vendors in the auto industry. It makes everything so much more efficient. Whether it's getting approvals, checking on a vehicle's status or ordering parts, it's all right there. The ability to compare prices on parts, whether they're used, aftermarket, or OEM is such a time-saver. You don't have to call each vendor for prices or compare them yourself. It does all that for you. This feature alone saves so much time and it also helps ensure you get the best deal. I've used other programs, but nothing compares to this. It makes everything smoother, faster and easier. I'd never want to go back to the old way of doing things.
Cons
I really can't complain about CCC ONE Total Repair Platform. I've been using it for about six years now and it's been nothing but successful. Sure, we can't expect everything to be perfect but this comes pretty close. No issues here at all.

Cons
I wish It would offer something for the auto repair side too. It would be great to have a full suite of tools for all the areas I need.

It's an all-in-one solution for auto businesses. It's the best program I've used so far and I can't even list all the reasons why. It's simple, time-efficient and works for a variety of tasks. A lot of insurance companies and auto-related businesses use this system, which makes it easy to send documents, find parts and match estimates. It saves so much time and I can focus on more important tasks like helping customers. The ability to order parts quickly and compare prices from multiple dealers is a huge time-saver. You can also track everything, what you've ordered, received, returned and paid for. The system even helps with calculations, like work hours and does the math for you. The tutorials are great too and help me stay on top of things. This program really helps streamline everything and makes life a lot easier.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much I dislike about the program but if I had to pick something, it's that I can't look up parts without needing a VIN number to match the vehicle. Sometimes, when a customer just wants a rough price or an idea about something quickly, it's a pain. I wish there was a way to look up parts by just entering the make, model and year of the car. That would save a lot of time and make things easier for everyone, especially when customers are in a rush. If this feature were added, I think customers would be more patient and it would save us a lot of time in the long run.

I really like the sorting system in CCC One. It makes it super easy to separate assignments from different insurance companies and I can also quickly get repair info from all the shops we work with. It makes everything more organized.
Cons
The appointment calendar is a bit tricky to use and not the easiest to teach others. It takes a little getting used to.
