“Service management through Fasttrak
Pros
I really love how comprehensive the program is. One thing I appreciate is that technicians can input data that service advisors can't edit or delete but they can rewrite it in another section for the customer to see. The way it tracks warranty repairs, the reporting and even how quotes turn into appointments and repair orders is just seamless. It makes everything so much easier.
Cons
The integration with parts supplier software can be a bit buggy at times and honestly, there are a lot of small issues here and there. However since the company is small, they push out updates often and most of these bugs get fixed pretty quickly once they're spotted.

“Great price, even better value!
Pros
It has been a huge help in getting all my automated tasks done, things like appointment reminders, accounting transfers and even catching missed sales to boost revenue, customer satisfaction and profits, all in one affordable package. It works well with other systems in the automotive industry and I love how flexible it is. It adapts quickly to both the ever-changing industry and my evolving business needs.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about it. I've been in the auto repair industry for 29 years and have worked with five major industry management software systems and this one is by far the most complete and productive I've ever used.

“FastTrak for managing your auto shop
Pros
The FastTrak Auto Shop management system is honestly the best one we've ever used in the 80 years we've been in business. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Cons
We have no complaints or dislikes with this software. It's been smooth sailing for us!

“Can't beat this auto shop software
Pros
It's super user-friendly and it has features that even more expensive software doesn't offer. On top of that, the customer service is top-notch. I've been in business for 28 years and I've used a bunch of different programs, including a custom one I had built years ago and this one blows them all out of the water.
Cons
I really don't have any dislikes about the software. It's been great so far!

“Best repair shop software
Pros
After being in business for 36 years and using over 7 different auto repair shop software systems, I can confidently say that Risoria is by far the best when it comes to customer service. The software itself is fantastic, 99% paperless, with features that are way ahead of anything I've seen before and it makes everything run so much smoother. But honestly, what really stands out is the customer service. If I ever have a problem, I can count on them to solve it quickly. No waiting on hold or leaving messages, just real problem solvers on the other end of the phone. I've been using FastTrak for several years now and it's worked almost flawlessly. I'm a really happy customer and I highly recommend them to any other shop out there.

I haven't found anything to dislike about this company or software. It's been a positive experience all around.

“Fantastic solution
Pros
It has become one of my best tools for running the business. The way it interfaces with multiple parts and tire distributors, along with Mitchell, Alldata and Identifix, makes it super easy to create and quote repairs for customers quickly. Plus, I can track everything in my business with their variety of reports. It's really efficient.
Cons
There's very little to complain about, maybe just some small things, like the navigation on a few screens. But honestly, it's nothing major.
