Must-have in my opinion

Pros

The Kukui team is amazing! They're super friendly, professional and have tons of knowledge. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for a new website but I was really impressed by how patient everyone was. I had a ton of questions and they took the time to answer each one in detail, without rushing me at all. The whole experience has been great and the product is awesome too. I definitely recommend it!

Cons

I seriously love everything about this software. There's nothing I'd change, it's perfect for me!

All-in-one success platform

Pros

Every feature in Kukui's All-in-One Success Platform is fantastic! We use the TEXT CONNECT dashboard to send out reminders for upcoming service, follow up with lost customers and send thank-you messages to customers who came in for service. The FOLLOW UP dashboard has been so helpful for customer retention, we simply reach out, thank them for coming in, ask how their vehicle is doing and see if they need anything else. The customers really appreciate that personal touch. We can also manage our website, send email and text blasts and check out our monthly statistics compared to last year. plus our Customer Success Coordinator contacts us every month to make sure we're getting the most out of the platform and meeting our goals. Kukui also handles weekly posts on our Facebook page and monthly blogs on our website, all to boost our SEO.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything I'd change with Kukui. It's just working great for me as is.

Good product

Pros

The CRM layout is great! It's super easy to find customers based on their maintenance needs and to follow up on repairs.

Cons

The websites they offer are pretty basic and all look the same. They use too many stock photos, which makes them feel kind of generic.

Essential business partne

Pros

The dashboard shows so much useful information about our business all in one place. Honestly, it's one of the best tools we have!

Cons

Yeah, I wish I could see the sales stats for service advisors, including any unsold work. It'd be great if the stats for sales opportunities were more easily accessible, too.

Excellent support

Pros

I love that we get monthly calls to check on different projects and get suggestions for new ones. The phone calls are recorded, so we can use them for future training. The website design is great and it's easy to make changes. The dashboard is amazing, so much info right at your fingertips. The only thing we need to work on is getting emails from customers. Texting works well since it keeps customers from having our personal cell numbers.

Cons

I'm not sure if I'm getting the same ROI as I did with previous partners but it's still better than what I got from YP, Mudlick and Demand Force.

Perfect for managing our website

Pros

Our website looks fantastic and is really easy to use exactly what we wanted. We get to pick and choose what we want, and Kukui handles the design, including adding coupons. We're really happy with the service!

Cons

So far, things have been pretty good. The only hiccup was switching to a new representative but we've been really happy with the one we have now.

Just keep improving

Pros

The dashboard is so easy to understand and the customer support is excellent. The reviews we post stick with Google and Yelp, which is awesome. My customers are happy to fill out the questionnaire. Setting appointments and tracking customer follow-ups is also really simple and accurate.

Cons

It would be awesome if there was an extra field in the appointment response section for online requests. That way, we could select "other" to respond when we need to explain something different, like telling a customer we don't do a certain service or letting them know it's better if they don't wait for the repair.

Awesome platform

Pros

It's such a useful tool for helping me manage my customer base, improve performance, and track profitability.

Cons

I really wish I could send text updates to individual customers while their car is being worked on or repaired. That would make communication a lot easier.

Quick and helpful team

Pros

I love how adaptable the platform is! I can make changes instantly, whether it's updating pictures, hours of operation, or anything else. It really helps us stay current with our business.

Cons

I've noticed some mapping inconsistencies that shouldn't have happened, especially considering how long the system's been in place. I think this could've been fixed by now.

Makes business monitoring easy

Pros

What I love most about the software is the lead matching and call tracking. It makes it super easy to see which advertising dollars are working and which ones aren't. The control panel is also really user-friendly and it gives me easy access to important business metrics.

Cons

I feel like more focus should be put on reviews. The ones collected on the website are fine, but reviews from sites like Yelp and Google are way more useful. This might be something on our end, though, so I plan to work on improving this soon.

My experience with Kukui

Pros

The customer support is fantastic and I love how much data is available in a format that's easy to digest.

Cons

Switching between panels can be slow and unresponsive sometimes. Refreshing the page usually helps but it's still a bit of a hassle. Can't think of anything else off the top of my head.

Very satisfied with this

Pros

It is super easy to use and has a ton of great features. Having multiple landing pages has really helped us a lot and AdWords has been great for generating leads and online appointments. The visual appeal and navigation are top-notch. I love being able to do so many things myself.

Cons

The text messaging feature really needs some work, it's clunky and not very user-friendly. plus the SEO and content development could be much better. I get that it's not their main focus, but people like me still need those options to improve SEO. also sometimes the sales reps seem more like salespeople than actual experts, so it can be hard to get the help I need.

It's good but a bit pricey

Pros

Our contact is always easy to work with and quick to get answers for us. I can make minor adjustments to our site whenever I need to, which is really convenient.

Cons

It feels pretty clunky. Updating the website could be a lot easier. There've been some basic questions I've had that no one's been able to answer. I like working with my rep but since she's not really trained in website stuff, some of my questions don't make sense to her, so it can be tough to get answers.
