Pros
I really like the routeOne link because it makes submitting credit card information simplr. plus I can easily fetch vehicle info using the stock number. It's just super simple to use.
Cons
I think there's room for improvement here. It would be great if they added more features and strengthened security a bit more.

The software from PBS Systems is really powerful and customizable but honestly, it can get a little overwhelming. It's not the easiest to learn and that means extra time and effort for training. also the mobile functionality isn't as easy as I'd like, so if you need mobile access to data and features, it could be a bit of a pain.

It is not only easy to use but it's also customizable. The support team is amazing too! They're always ready to help with third-party integrations and they do a great job of keeping our data safe and secure.
Cons

Clocking in and out is super easy. I can find it easily at the start of every shift and it's problem-free.
Cons
The program takes a little while to load and sometimes my clock-in gets delayed because of it. It's a bit frustrating.

It is pretty simple to use. I can switch between deals with no trouble and the process of submitting a credit application is super smooth. It makes things so much easier.
Cons
The service write-up process takes much longer than the software we've used before. plus the latest update kinda messed things up by removing too much separation between windows, which makes it harder to find what I need.
