“Very efficient product”
Pros
It's also really quick to get started. I just signed in and I was able to start adding clients and creating invoices right away. The fact that I can log in from home and finish up any paperwork or RO's is a huge bonus. plus I can send clients updates on their orders through email or text, even attaching pictures of the work so they can see exactly what's going on with their vehicle. As a shop that specializes in custom work, my clients love this feature. Honestly, there's so much I love about Shop Boss but the ease of use is definitely the standout.
Cons
I've noticed the occasional glitch but honestly, it's nothing too serious and it usually clears up quickly on its own.

“Average tool”
Pros
I really appreciate that the software is always getting updated. It feels like they're always improving it. plus being able to work remotely is amazing and the parts ordering integration is super helpful!
Cons
It can be pretty glitchy and finicky at times. Sometimes when I log in, I'll see another shop's info pop up,or client phone numbers won't save properly. It's a bit annoying but it doesn't happen all the time.
