“Everything is moving smoothly now!
Pros
This tool is amazing. Even the mechanics who usually avoid tech or resist change really like it. Everyone says it keeps getting better the more you use it. I am handling 40 heavy equipment and truck projects with just six people and it's taken a lot of stress off my shoulders.
Cons
I really wish I had found this years ago. For now no complaints at all as I feel like every heavy duty shop should definitely consider using it.

“Always on standby!
Pros
ShopView tool is very reliable, it never crashes and runs like a dream. I just wish our vehicles were as dependable as this tool.
Cons
The only thing I didn't like was how long it took for our company to start using it, even though we had heard about it a while back. This is not really a fault of it but I feel like maybe some additional reviews could help upper management make the decision sooner.

Pros
The thing I like most about this tool is its simplicity. It is a simple and very easy to use as you won't get lost in it.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is the inability to search for invoices directly. Instead you have to go into each vendor separately and sift through their listed invoices.

What I find most helpful is how easily you can cycle count inventory with just a few clicks. It makes taking inventory so much less of a hassle.
Cons
So far I have not found anything about it that I dislike.

Pros
The customer support it offers is simply the best plus, it is easy to use and it looks clean and modern.
Cons
Well the scheduler could not handle multiple service orders at the same time but after we submitted a feature request, the development team quickly added that functionality. So now no complaints here.

Pros
This tool's speed is unbelievable compared to any other software I used in the past. As long as your internet connection can handle it, it will keep up without slowing down.
Cons
Honestly, it is better than all the other options I have tried. I have nothing to mention as a drawback on my side.

“Reports that actually make sense
Pros
The Reports page on this platform is a total game changer for my day. It is packed with powerful features and is pretty easy to use. I especially love how clearly it shows technician performance just pick a date range and you get all the data in a clean, readable format. No more confusing spreadsheets or crying over Shopmonkey. Plus the advisor analysis tab is just as helpful for tracking service advisor performance. It feels like I finally have a clear view of how my team is doing. A few clicks, a quick export and I have got everything I need. So big thumbs up to it as it has made my job way easier.
Cons
Right now I have got nothing negative to say about it. Seriously nothing at all. Its like finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag unexpectedly, just what I needed. Overall it is truly filling a big gap in the industry. Before this we were piecing things together with spreadsheets like it was the dark ages. Now it is all point, click, export and everything is done. I don't even have time to scream at my screen anymore. And weirdly I miss that. But surely I will get over it. And if I had one tiny wish it would be to make it completely free I mean if they are already changing the game, they might as well go full superhero.

Navigating this software is not a problem at all. Also the team listens to feedback and continuously works on adding features we have asked for.

ShopView is fairly easy to use and it helps us keep track of everything going on in the shop.
Cons
Cant think of anything major right now. Any minor bugs I come across are easily fixed through the support interface.

I love how easy it is to navigate and the best thing is that I was able to start using it immediately without any issues.

Pros
What really stands out to me is how user friendly this tool is. As learning new software can be tough but this was not the case with that as I got the hang of it quickly and was working more efficiently by the end of the day. Overall it has made my day run much smoother.
Cons
For now I have to refresh the page to see updates on work orders in it but it would be great to see those changes update in real time. I hope that's something coming soon.
