“Xtime works awesome with Conversica!
Pros
I've been using Xtime and Conversica together and they work awesome. Customers can schedule their appointments through an AI assistant named "Marsha." When they show up for their appointments, they actually ask for Marsha by name, which is pretty cool. This integration has made scheduling so much easier and now more people are booking online, so the phones aren't ringing as much. That means we get to focus more on the customers who are already in front of us. Honestly, I highly recommend using Xtime and Conversica. It's a game-changer.

I honestly haven't had any issues with the Xtime and Conversica integration. They work great together and just make everything easier.

Pros
I love how easy it is to look up customers and set appointments all in one spot! It really makes everything run so much smoother.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that it lets you add the same customer more than once, which can create multiple accounts for the same person and vehicle.

I really like how easy it is to modify appointments when they come in for service. plus the data it gives me is spot-on, helping me figure out what services are most popular and track business growth. It's a huge help in staying organized and scheduling even more appointments.
Cons
As good as this tool is, don't expect it to have the same functionality as Salesforce or Salesloft. The car business is still catching up when it comes to technology especially on the service side. But as far as Xtime goes, there really isn't anything that can compete with it.
