Pros

It picks up user queries quickly and usually gives the right response. This chatbot can handle and manage the first level of support well. Generative AI has improved how it understands questions and helps it respond in a more appropriate way. The UI/UX is great and includes the necessary graphics without feeling cluttered. We can also run polls using the campaign management feature which is a useful addition.

Cons

Response and reply time still need some improvement. The generative AI works well but it can take a bit longer than expected to produce an answer. Better optimization is needed when it comes to analyzing user queries.
