Pros

One of the strongest parts of this app is its progressive and predictive dialers. They cut out the wasted time spent waiting for someone to answer and save a lot of time overall. The call recording feature also helps because it makes it simple to go back, review earlier conversations and learn from previous mistakes. On top of that the integration with SugarCRM was easy to set up and practical to use.

Cons

The downside is the performance especially the frequent call hanging issues. It would also help to have more call outcome options, along with customization that is much simpler to manage.
