Pros

Having visibility into the queue, seeing who is available, checking everyone's actual status and creating traces for specific people really helps improve workflow behavior. The biggest advantage though, is being able to generate reports on all of that which makes analytical work much easier and helps with making specific decisions to improve processes.

Cons

The part I appreciate the least is how hard the tool is to learn and manage at the beginning. Without proper training, it can be difficult to handle because it offers so many options and some features are unclear until you reach out to the support team to understand what they are for.
