It does an excellent job keeping my phone synced with Outlook and customer service was outstanding when they helped me sort out a recent connection issue.

This product has been working exactly as expected and I've relied on it for years. Whenever any issue comes up, the support team is always helpful and responsive.

Keeping my PC and iPhone synced has been effortless with this software. Contacts, notes and calendar updates all work perfectly and the support team is outstanding, they usually reply within 30 minutes or even faster.

On a Google Pixel, the manual sync option is a bit hard to locate though that seems more like a Google issue than something caused by AkrutoSync.

AkrutoSync handles exactly what I need by keeping my contacts and calendar synced across my devices.

Every now and then something breaks and my contacts or calendar vanish from the phone or stop syncing altogether. That said, it doesn't happen often. I've used it for 10 years and only ran into this 3 or 4 times. It may just be one of those unavoidable issues since Google and Microsoft keep changing things.

Even though I'm not very computer savvy, Akruto's support team has always helped me get everything working whenever I needed it. This software is really important for keeping my appointments organized and managing my calendar on both my work PC and my phone. It simply works and honestly, it's awesome.

Getting it installed can feel a bit intimidating if you don't have help from their support team.

At the moment, I honestly have nothing to complain about and I'm completely satisfied. I use Outlook and in the calendar I also have a lot of older data listed further down. Unfortunately, those entries are not visible in Outlook on Android.

The program automatically keeps Outlook contacts synced with mobile phones which has been really convenient.

Cons

One limitation is that the Wi Fi option only syncs with a single desktop computer. There's also a cloud option available but I haven't tried it.
