“powerful insights for sales teams”
Pros
It has become a really valuable conversational intelligence tool for us when it comes to seeing what's actually happening across the sales floor. It delivers genuinely actionable insights that line up well with what our reps are going through day to day. I especially appreciate how much depth it gives us which leads to more meaningful conversations and better understanding overall. The platform is also very user friendly, it has the look and feel of an LLM style tool so it's easy to use and not hard to pick up. The super agent, call recording and library features have all been excellent and the Slack extension has made a particularly big impact for our team. Having access to unlimited insights that directly connect to our reps' skills, performance, customer sentiment and messaging effectiveness has been incredibly useful. Setup was also very easy since their team took care of most of the heavy lifting. Another big plus is how open the platform is making it easier to access data across the company and connect it with other tools.
Cons
One thing that could be better is visibility into new feature releases. If you're not proactively asking, it can be difficult to know what they're building next or what fixes are on the way. At times, those updates seem to introduce bugs that interrupt recordings until they're resolved although to be fair, those issues usually get fixed pretty quickly.

“great addition to our work”
Pros
This software has been a fantastic addition to our sales certification process and it's made a noticeable difference in our team culture. It gives us real visibility into what's actually working on calls and the reps genuinely enjoy using it to learn from each other. Watching three different new hires recently earn our top demo scores really showed how powerful it is for peer to peer coaching and enablement. Definitely recommend it!
Cons
There are occasional bugs now and then but they get resolved quickly.

“Flexible workflows”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how customizable the workflow is especially when it comes to setting up integrations to match different needs.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing since it can definitely feel expensive.

“easy data access”
Pros
Being able to pull information out of the platform and work with it on our side has been a big plus for us.
Cons
Since it's a newer company, a few parts still feel a bit rough around the edges but the core product does what it's supposed to do.

“time saving follow up automation”
Pros
Attention has been a big help for handling follow up emails and scoring customer conversations. I really appreciate how it automates those tasks since it saves our team a lot of time and allows the reps to spend more energy on calls instead of email work. The automation features are especially useful because they pull in content directly from our calls. Getting everything set up at the beginning was very easy thanks to the customer support team and Sara deserves a special shoutout for all her help.
Cons
I cant really think of any downsides to point out.

“coaching insights changed everything”
Pros
There's honestly a lot to love here and I could go on for a while about it. I'm a huge fan of this app. Any company that meets clients or prospects over video should be using it, whether that's Sales, Customer Service, Account Management or Success. If video calls are part of your workflow, this just makes sense. The coaching tab stands out the most for me because it's been incredibly valuable for improvement. Our mentors can go back and review their own sessions almost like watching game film which makes it much easier to spot what worked and what didn't. We're able to capture both big picture trends and small details, from wins to moments where clients are having a hard time. It also helps us flag negative sentiment early so we can act before problems grow. The feedback we can give mentors, who are leading the calls, has been incredibly valuable. On top of that the scoring data helps us understand where more training is needed, both across the team and at the individual level. The super agent has also been extremely important. It gives us visibility into sessions that we never had before, creates a useful layer of accountability and keeps a record of everything. If an issue comes up, I can jump into the transcripts quickly to verify what happened. It has truly been a game changer for our organization.
Cons
Despite all its pros I think the scoring functionality is definitely the weakest part of Attention right now. Since it can only be viewed on screen and not exported, it really limits how useful it is for us. I also can't see my entire team at once on the screen which makes that feature even more restrictive. On a smaller note, the agent builder is not very easy to use. It's difficult to get it to do what I need and I regularly end up reaching out to Ronnie for help. To his credit, he's fantastic, very knowledgeable about the app and always quick to step in and fix what I can't figure out. Another challenge is that product updates don't always come with refreshed instructions or support materials which makes some configurations harder than they should be. And while I still think this is the best product in its category, the overall customer experience could definitely be improved.

“game changing sales visibility”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons I rely on this is how fast it lets me review calls and spot team performance trends or gaps in our sales process, work that used to take weeks or even months. It helps us tighten the sales motion, improve win rates and uncover market opportunities much faster. I can test assumptions in just minutes and quickly confirm whether account executives are actually following our new sales framework without sitting through endless call reviews. It's also valuable for forecasting since it helps analyze pipeline health and win rate likelihood. My AEs use it to prepare for calls and keep deals moving toward close. The LLM search across the database is incredibly helpful and the Super Agent feature stands out as well especially for call summaries and competitor insights delivered through Slack. It connects nicely with Slack and HubSpot which makes it fit naturally into our workflow. I also appreciate how proactive it is with alerts which feels like a major step up from more reactive platforms like Gong. Setup was fairly quick especially with the support from their team and they keep shipping new features which has made it feel essential to our business.
Cons
Honestly, none. This is by far the most transformative software I've used in more than 10 years of SaaS sales leadership.

“Super agent saves time”
Pros
A feature I've really enjoyed is the Super Agent. It's fantastic being able to ask detailed questions about past meetings instead of sitting through the whole call again.
Cons
The only thing I'd really like to see improved is a better integration with Salesforce.

“helps keep everyone focused”
Pros
Across departments, it has been a real game changer for our team. It helps sellers stay focused on selling while giving other internal teams a strong way to capture insights directly from customer conversations. With the AI Super Agent, we can quickly pull product feedback, spot trends and uncover insights from calls that ultimately help us improve both the product and the overall customer experience.
Cons
From the sales perspective, it has also been excellent for giving reps immediate, actionable feedback based on our sales methodology and coaching framework. They can clearly see what they're doing well, where they need to improve and get coaching suggestions without waiting on someone to manually review every call. The scoring feature also adds a fun, competitive aspect for the team which helps boost engagement and encourages ongoing improvement.

“Amazing HubSpot automations”
Pros
Using it with HubSpot as an iPaaS layer for my automations has been really valuable and the super agent capabilities are a big plus.
Cons
One limitation is that you can't maintain a running total in a HubSpot field across calls since the field only allows the current value to be overwritten instead of incremented.
