Pros
Working with the APIs has been pretty simple for the most part, the documentation is well put together and the support team has been helpful whenever needed.
Cons
I've shared a few API improvement suggestions that still haven't been implemented. That said, I understand their product roadmap is theirs to prioritize as they see fit.
