Pros

Our reps got comfortable with it fast and we noticed an increase in genuine conversations almost right away. The support team was fantastic too, responses came quickly, the answers were actually helpful and it really felt like they care about helping smaller teams do well.

Cons

Getting everything set up took a little guidance at first but once we were live, it worked reliably without any problems.

Pros

Managing our sales tools, one thing I really appreciated was how quickly we were able to get Bearworks live. The real time data has made coaching and tracking performance much more manageable and the fact that the reps genuinely enjoy using it says a lot.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about. A more advanced reporting dashboard would be nice down the line but it hasn't held us back at all. Definitely recommended.
