Pros

Using this has been a really positive experience. It's a fantastic and user friendly transcription tool for meetings on platforms like Google Meet, Teams, Zoom and more. It also works well for in person meetings since you can use the app to handle offline transcriptions too.

Cons

This is the only GDPR compliant transcription tool I've come across. The support team is extremely helpful and responds quickly whenever assistance is needed. Their dedication and strong customer first approach really come through.

Pros

Working with it has been a really positive experience. As a German start up, they bring a lot of innovation and energy and the collaboration with them has been refreshingly uncomplicated. A big advantage is that the meeting notes are ready to use right away without any admin work which is why both my colleagues and I rely on them regularly. The speech recognition and analysis perform very well and the quality stays consistently high even if the phone is simply left on the table during meetings. Getting the software up and running was also very quick since our IT team handled the installation without any trouble. I'm genuinely happy to recommend this and would absolutely give it full marks.

Since this is intentionally built around simplicity and clarity some of the more advanced customization or analytics options are still developing. Teams looking for very deep configuration right from the start might need a little time to adjust.

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is how consistently it balances data protection with usability. It works entirely in the background, without a bot joining the meeting and without having to ask for consent which makes the whole process feel much less intrusive. The transcripts and summaries are also excellent and cut down a lot of my follow up work. I'm especially happy with the templates and CRM integrations because recurring meetings get documented automatically in a clear, structured format so I can stay focused on the actual conversation.

At the moment, the missing Android app is still a small downside for me. On top of that the automatic speaker recognition doesn't get it right every single time although that's something I've seen with similar tools as well and it barely takes away from how useful the platform is overall.

Pros

Switching from Fireflies to bliro was definitely the right move for us. I use this app to summarize and assess my sales meetings in a GDPR compliant way while also automating parts of the process and it saves me a huge amount of time. It runs reliably, is fully GDPR compliant and works both online and offline which is a big plus. The automatic CRM sync and follow up features are also really helpful. On top of that getting started was incredibly quick and only took about 5 minutes.

With its GDPR compliant setup, I no longer have to ask meeting participants for consent which is a huge relief. As someone from Asia, it can be quite stressful to fully and accurately follow meetings held in both English and German.

It makes it much easier to capture all the important details and even analyzes the meeting for me. The summaries are consistently excellent. I have no complaints.

Pros

Meeting transcripts with Bliro have been a huge relief because I no longer have to stress about calls being recorded or viewed by the wrong people. Taking notes during meetings used to eat up a lot of time and pull my attention away from the actual conversation but Bliro takes care of that reliably across different calls and teams. The privacy first approach is a big reason I value it so much since I only want the people in the conversation to know what's being discussed. Its security and privacy standards also give me confidence especially knowing it has been reviewed by experts and hasn't had any data leaks. Getting started was very easy too, setting up an account took almost no time, the app installation went without issues and their customer success team can help onboard a full team without any hassle. The integrations are another big plus and I use it daily with Google Meet, Teams and Zoom.

My only real complaint is that I wish Bliro were available on Android.
