“reliable AI support boost”
Pros
Getting this up and running was very easy and the responses it gives are consistently reliable. It takes a lot of the simpler workload off the team so people can focus on handling the more complex questions. I'm a big believer in using AI in the workplace and this has been a really valuable addition.
Cons
There were times when Boost.ai didn't recognize the correct type of query which ended up frustrating some users. It has improved a lot since then. One thing I'd still like to see is better memory for writing tone, such as keeping a more formal style between instructions.

“quick adoption”
Pros
After trying several AI chat platforms, this has been the one that just works really well for us. Every chatbot needs some level of setup but getting this one up and running was very simple. I believe a lot of that comes from its natural language processing. Another big plus is how quickly our team was able to learn the system and start using it confidently.
Cons
If I had to mention one thing, it would be adding support for more languages.

“powerful NLP”
Pros
Among the chatbot platforms available, this one has some of the strongest NLP capabilities I've seen and it's also easy to build, deploy and get up and running.
Cons
I think it would be better if the platform gave admins and developers more configuration options and the pricing definitely matches the premium quality of the product.

“easy to train AI”
Pros
The NLP performance is excellent and training the AI doesn't take much effort. It comes very well packaged, feels easy to use and integrates with the back end without much difficulty.
Cons
More open APIs for accessing and modifying data would also make the platform more flexible.

“Excellent customer experience”
Pros
Creating a strong customer experience with this tool is very simple.
Cons
It would be helpful to have a clearer overview of intents once the bot becomes very large.

“Solid conversational platform”
Pros
Working with its Conversational AI platform has been a really positive experience. It comes with all the enterprise level features you'd expect, stays user friendly even without any coding and scales extremely well thanks to its top tier NLU. Integration with other systems and customer channels is simple too which makes it possible for teams to build transactional virtual assistants effectively.
Cons
Nothing specific stands out as a downside.

“clean interface”
Pros
It came with ready made modules for the industries we needed and the interface is clean with tutorials that are simple to get to whenever needed.
Cons
It's still a bit soon to make a full judgment since the partnership is in the early phase but at this point nothing has really appeared as a weakness.

“Very simple to use”
Pros
Right away, it feels packed with useful tools for AI trainers. It gives me a clear view of how the AI predictions work and the analytics features together with the model training capabilities are really strong. I'm able to handle the full virtual agent implementation process in one place. The platform is also very simple to use and connecting it with other software through APIs is simple. On top of that the company provides solid learning resources, along with helpful marketing content, webinars, news and similar materials.
Cons
I'd still love to see support for more languages in the future. It would also be nice if there were additional features available for building voice agents.

“powerful analytics”
Pros
Getting up to speed with the platform doesn't take long because the e learning content is thoughtfully built and very easy to follow. The features already included give us strong control over our virtual agents and over how conversations with citizens and customers are handled which is a big plus. Nothing feels hidden or like a black box. I also really value the amount of reporting and analytics this provides. It's clear that our customers are benefiting from the self learning capabilities too since the platform recommends new intents to add and even suggests training data we can use, along with integrations for existing human chat solutions.
Cons
Although the platform already comes with a wide range of ready made virtual agents and modules for areas like banking, insurance, telecom, municipalities, COVID 19 response and HR, it would be even more useful if there were additional prebuilt agents available especially ones designed for more specific roles.

“outstanding nordic language performance”
Pros
Compared with other NLP/NLU tools, this one is clearly ahead of the pack, particularly when it comes to the Nordic languages. There's also a strong emphasis on research and ongoing product development, with close collaboration and active feedback loops involving partners and customers.
Cons
A few parts of the enterprise ready experience are still being built out or have only been added quite recently.

“great support team”
Pros
Even though VCA still needs quite a bit of manual input to function properly, boost.ai has managed to make the programming side feel simple. Along with the smart technology, it also puts a lot of emphasis on skilled employees who are genuinely good at motivating, guiding and teaching both customers and partners. That level of engagement really spreads to those of us who work with boost.ai indirectly as well.
Cons
It's still a costly technology for smaller companies to adopt although development is moving quickly in the right direction.

“Quick setup”
Pros
It was quick to get everything set up and our employees picked it up quickly without much training. It makes a strong business case and the AI capabilities are genuinely impressive.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the limited communication around the product roadmap.

“great NLP for enterprises”
Pros
Right from the start, the strongest part for me has been the NLP and NLU capabilities. It scales really well in large, complex organizations and the API connectors are user friendly and simple to work with. Automatic Semantic Understanding (ASU) is also a very valuable feature.
Cons
One area that could still be improved is how end user satisfaction is measured. It would also be helpful if that feedback could be connected more easily to third party systems.

“User friendly interface”
Pros
Using Boost.AI feels great overall. It performs especially well with Nordic languages, the user interface is user friendly and the quality assurance during training sessions is a real plus.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is a multi tenant user interface so multiple developers could work at the same time more efficiently.

“smart automation options”
Pros
Getting started has been very easy thanks to its user friendly workflows and configuration. It also helps shorten the time to market which makes a real difference when launching projects. The underlying algorithms are another strong point especially innovations like cold start and OCR that reduce the amount of training needed.
Cons
There are still some areas where Boost.AI could improve. Multi language support needs work and can be a blocker in certain cases. Voice support and messenger integration also feel like gaps especially compared with what some competitors claim to offer. It would also be helpful to have a cheat sheet for competitive comparisons, ROI templates and a roadmap that includes approximate timelines.
