Pros

It really stands out for how user friendly it is. Even people who aren't especially tech savvy can get comfortable with it pretty quickly :). The layout is clear so setting up and managing conference calls feels simple. It also comes with useful features like customizable hold music and call recording which add a lot to the overall experience. On top of that implementation is quick so it fits into our workflow without much hassle and has been a convenient tool for our team.

Cons

A drawback is that it occasionally has connectivity issues and that can interrupt calls or meetings. It doesn't happen often but when it does, it's definitely inconvenient. The pricing also feels a little high for smaller businesses so it can be a sizable investment. Another minor issue is that some of the more advanced features take time to learn which may mean extra training for new users.
