Pros

One of the biggest wins with this is how it automates the first step of outbound sales conversations. Rather than having our team handle every initial call manually, the AI can speak with prospects, gauge their interest and qualify them so reps can spend their time on the opportunities that actually matter. Another huge benefit is that qualification and meeting booking happen within the same call. There's no break between a prospect showing interest and getting scheduled on someone's calendar which used to be the exact point where a lot of our warm leads would lose momentum.

Cons

Getting an AI cold calling agent to perform well isn't something you just switch on and perfect instantly. It usually takes a few rounds of reviewing real calls and refining the script, qualification flow and objection handling paths before the results really line up. That feels less like a problem with the platform itself and more like an expectation users should have going in.
